We are so excited to have seen our colleague Dr. John Amaral from California on Gwyneth Paltrow’s Netflix’ Goop Lab episode: The Energy Experience.
If you haven’t had a chance to watch it yet it’s totally worth the 24 min run time. In the episode, Dr. John explains how the constant stress and over stimulation of our modern world impacts our body and energy reserves. He talks about how in today’s world we are more and more connected through social media and the internet. Consequently, we are becoming less and less connected with our own bodies and what’s happening within. This is why it is super important to take the time to check in with your body. Checking in is very important to see how everything is going. Becoming aware of and acknowledging your body, its rhythms and signals is paramount to a happy, healthy and balanced life.
Additionally, John allows a film crew to record him working on some of the goop lab members. Everyone experiences and perceives Network differently. This episode does a good job showing different results. If you are curious about how different people react to and perceive this work, be sure to tune in.
John Amaral has been practicing NetworkSpinal and other energy and body work for almost 30 years. Learning directly from Dr. Donny Epstein, John has had the opportunity to work with many well-known personalities like Tony Robbins, Dave Asprey, Julianne Hough and obviously Gwyneth Paltrow. Dr. John Amaral has been interviewed on numerous podcasts and trended recently on twitter after entraining actress Julianne Hough at the 2020 World Economic Forum in Davos.
If this episode sparks your curiosity and you want to experience Network Spinal for yourself, we look forward to meeting you in Berlin!
That's all for now!
